Create My Order
Select Items to Process

Start by choosing the first media item to include for processing (click the image).

Note: When ordering from a mobile device, scroll down past all of the instructions to find the images to click for your order.​

Follow these steps:

  1. Click a Media Item to order 

  2. Select Options & Quantity

  3. Click 'Add to Cart'

  4. Repeat as needed 

Then, when done:  

  1. Scroll up to the top

  2. Click on the 'Shopping Cart'

  3. Review your order

  4. Click 'View Cart'  

  5. Click 'Checkout'

For More Complicated Orders:

If you want a particular option for some, but not all items, simply go through the process separately for each unique combination.

For instance, if 10 VHS tapes are to be converted but only one warrants choosing the AI Enhanced Bundle option, make "two passes".

​

Pass 1: Select VHS Tapes with a quantity of 1 and the AI Enhanced Bundle selected. Click 'Add to Cart'.

​

Next, close the Cart View by clicking on the right arrow to the left of 'Cart', and click 'Create My Order' again.

​

Pass 2: Select VHS Tapes again, this time with a quantity of 9 but without the AI Enhanced Bundle option selected. Click 'Add to Cart'.

Note: This will become clearer once you see the item order page.
